We ship to Australian territories only. Customers that have overridden our checkout address fields in attempt to have their order sent to other countries must be aware that it will not arrive. You will only be refunded if we are able to stop the order or if it is returned. This will be minus any carriage charge.
Please make sure you have entered every field for the delivery address in the checkout window. Deliveries may be delayed or rejected if part of the address is missing or entered incorrectly.
We are keeping a close eye on the requirements to best protect business, our team and our customers as the COVID-19 updates unfold. At present, there are no changes to delivery or dispatch as the services we use are still operating at this time. In cases where a delivery cannot be made for any reason, we will notify you accordingly.
The shipping cost for each order is $16 (including GST)
Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email, then you will receive another email once your order has been shipped.
All orders from are shipped by Express Post from our Sydney Fulfilment Centre*. Your order will be dispatched within 24 hours, with the exception of weekends and public holidays. Please note, this service is not a next-day service, please allow 2-5 days for your order to arrive.
Although our Fulfilment Centre is in Sydney, our Administration Office is in the UK. Please note that all order queries will be handled during UK office hours so please bear this in mind when placing an order as any errors may not be rectified before dispatch.
We will endeavour to deliver goods promptly but accept no liability for delay for any cause.
