If you place your order by 12 noon Monday – Friday we will dispatch the same day. We do not dispatch orders on weekends or Bank Holidays.
We ask that you make sure that you have entered every field for the delivery address in the checkout window. Deliveries may be delayed or rejected if part of the address is missing or entered incorrectly.
We use Royal Mail to deliver to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight and the Scottish Islands. Delivery is usually within 1-2 days, however please allow up to 15 delivery days before contacting us regarding your delivery. If there is no answer at your specified delivery address, a card will be left to arrange collection from your local post office.
We use DPD for next working day delivery.
Please note if you select this service on a Friday, your order be delivered on the following Monday. Please note that any orders placed on a weekend or bank holiday will be dispatched the next working day.
Standard Post: £3.50
Our Standard Post service is for parcels weighing up to 2kg. Delivery is usually within 3-10 days, depending on the postal service in the delivery country. Please allow up to 21 working days before contacting us regarding your delivery.

Depending on the destination, delivery with our Express Courier can take between 1 and 5 days. Please select your country in the checkout to view our Express Courier rates.
If the item is returned to us for any reason, we are unable to refund any carriage paid. If you require the item to be resent, carriage will be re-charged.
Please Note: South Africa and United Arab Emirates can only order using our Express Courier option.
