Prices
Prices are in United Kingdom Pounds (GBP), inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Ordering and Payment
We take payment at the time of order, not necessarily the time of despatch. This is to ensure your information is handled safely. Payments are processed securely and no card details are stored on our server. We accept no order until it has been checked and approved. If there is a problem we will email you within three working days.
If your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, it will be despatched the same day. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day.
Tax
The purchaser may incur additional import duties and custom charges levied by local customs against orders dispatched to addresses outside The United Kingdom. These are levied at the port of ingress on a consignment-by-consignment basis and we cannot predict if they will be charged or influence if and how they may be levied.
Guarantees
As long as our water care guidance is followed, then the strength of Bioflow magnets will not diminish.
We offer a 6 month guarantee against faulty parts and workmanship on our silicone sport wristbands and a 12 month guarantee on all other magnetic therapy products.
If you have a faulty product within the above timeframes, please email info@bioflow.com (along with an image of the issue, order number and reason for return) or call 01752 756720 and we will get back to you with further instructions.
Size Exchanges
If you require a differently sized product, simply return your purchase (unused, with any protective film intact and in its original packaging) to us within 14 days of receipt. You must also include a copy of your original proof of purchase, email address and your new size request. Upon receipt we will email you an invoice for the £3.75 re-delivery charge and any additional costs incurred.
Size exchanges will incur a £3.75 processing & re-delivery charge to U.K destinations. All other countries will be charged at our standard delivery rate.
We strongly recommend to check your wrist size against the measurements provided to avoid needing to return for exchange.
Refunds
If you change your mind, you can return your purchase (unused, with any protective film intact and in it’s original packaging) to us within 14 days of receiving your order. You must also include a copy of your original proof of purchase and please clearly state your request for a refund.
Please note: In the case of all exchanges and refunds, the customer is responsible for paying the return postage to us. Please ensure that you have paid the correct postage when returning the item as you will be charged for any additional costs incurred. We will refund the value of the returned product only. Refunds will processed within 10 days of receipt.

Statutory Rights
These Terms and Conditions of sale do not affect your statutory rights.
EU Customers Only - Right of Withdrawal
EU consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods. Once you submit a withdrawal request using this button, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g., by e-mail) without delay.
